“I have to initiate and do everything. It’s always on me.”
“What I do is never good enough. I can’t ever get it right.”
No matter the topic, these are the phrases I hear most frequently in my office. I help you work through the emotional gymnastics and dive into the work that makes a difference.
We start with 3 intake sessions. The first session is with you and your partner. We’ll get to know each other, your history together and get an idea of what is happening between the two of you.
The 2nd and 3rd sessions will be an intake with each of you to get an idea of where you came from and how you’ve developed your unique way of trying to stay connected to your partner.
From there, together we build a space where you can both be free to express yourselves and to be heard and understood clearly without all the scrambled, emotional messaging. In this space we’ll heal and guide you back to each other. Take a look below to see if any of these topics resonate with you and book your free consultation.

Loss of Emotional and Physical Intimacy
Loss of emotional or physical intimacy is a common experience in long-term relationships. Often it’s not from lack of love, but from repeating the same strategies meant to keep you connected—strategies that, over time, can accidentally create more distance. Jeanie offers a space to slow down, understand these patterns with compassion, and rebuild intimacy in ways that feel safe, mutual, and sustainable.
-

Life Transitions
Life transitions—even joyful ones like marriage, a new baby, or kids leaving home—can feel disorienting and create unexpected distance between partners. Communication can get tangled and it’s easy to lose your footing with each other. Jeanie offers space to untangle those emotional knots, reconnect, and move through change with clarity, steadiness, and a renewed sense of partnership.
