IFS & EMDR Intensives

Go deeper. Get unstuck. Create meaningful change in a focused, immersive experience.

IFS/EMDR Intensives offer an opportunity to step outside the pace of traditional weekly therapy and devote an entire day to your healing. These 5-hour intensive sessions (10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break) are designed for people who want to do deeper, more accelerated work, have limited availability for weekly therapy, or want to complement their ongoing therapy with a focused period of intensive work.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps the brain process distressing or traumatic experiences that may continue to influence the way you feel, think, or respond in the present. Rather than simply talking about what happened, EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity of difficult memories and shift the beliefs and patterns connected to them.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a compassionate way of understanding the different parts of ourselves that carry emotions, beliefs, and protective roles. IFS helps you develop greater understanding and connection with these parts, allowing you to access more calm, clarity, and self-leadership while gently addressing the experiences underneath the patterns that no longer serve you.

Together, IFS and EMDR can provide a powerful, complementary approach to deeper therapeutic work—combining the processing of painful experiences with a compassionate understanding of the inner parts and protective patterns that developed around them.

With dedicated time and space, we can move beyond the surface of an issue and focus more deeply on the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that keep you feeling stuck. An intensive may be particularly helpful for trauma processing, anxiety, relationship patterns, self-worth, life transitions, or other concerns where you're ready for more focused attention.

An intensive can be a stand-alone experience or an addition to your ongoing therapy. Each day is thoughtfully tailored to your goals and may incorporate EMDR, IFS, or an integrated approach depending on your needs.
